How we operate
876Farm (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (http://www.876farm.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General
All purchases are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website. We deliver the items ordered to the destinations requested or otherwise negotiated. (See Items Out of Stock)

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at a flat rate based on your Delivery Zone. We have divided the country into three Zones for delivery. Kingston & St. Andrew, Portmore & Islandwide.
Zone 1: Kingston & St. Andrew: $350
Zone 2: Portmore: $1,100
Zone 3: Islandwide: $1,600

Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time (Jamaica)
In general, subject to the time given for order confirmation, deliveries for Kingston & St. Andrew and Portmore, will be delivered same day or next day, and as for Island-wide deliveries, transit time will be no greater than 24 hours after dispatch.
3.2 Operating Hours
Orders placed before 12 noon, will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next day. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Sunday during standard business hours (9am – 6pm), except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed, unless otherwise stated. In these instances of closure, we take steps to ensure delivery delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.3 Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests after the order is made, while we are able modify our records to effect this change, we can only guarantee delivery to the changed address only if the change is registered with us before the order is dispatched.
3.4 Delivery to Offices (Place of Work) and places other than residences
876Farm will deliver to Offices (Place of Work) and places other than residences, however, we cannot guarantee the quality of the freshness of products that stored in not ideal conditions or temperature and left uncollected over a prolonged period. Also, we will not accept liability of the products handed over and the delivery has been signed for.
3.5 Gated Communities Delivery
We deliver to Gated Communities, however, the receiving Party must be on hand to receive the products, or let in, receive and let out the courier. At no time will we leave products unattended at any premises.
3.6 Items Out of Stock
In the rare occasion, should you purchase an item which is not in stock in our warehouse due to a stock discrepancy, and we are unable to source the item for you, thus, will not be able to fulfill all your items in your order, we will fulfill your order with the products now available, and contact you about whether we should ship the available items now, and process a refund for the out-of-stock item, or you would prefer to replace the out-of-stock item with a different item of equal or greater value as a replacement for the out-of-stock item.
3.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has passed the scheduled time, please use our Order Tracking Service to locate your order, otherwise please contact us (customercare@876farm.com) to confirm the location of your package.

Tracking Notifications
Upon purchase, customers will receive Order Number (Top of Bill) which can be put in the on-site Order Tracker (Track Order), to know the status of your Order.

Products Damaged in Transit
If you find that your products were damaged in-transit, please contact Customer Care (customercare@876farm.com) without delay for us to discuss the next steps to rectify the matter or refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Fees, Taxes & Tips
All relevant fees and taxes have already been applied to the price upon purchase of the goods on the Website, hence no other additional costs, fees or tips should be demanded upon delivery by the courier. If this happens, please advise Customer Care immediately.

Cancellations
If you should change your mind before you have received your order, 876Farm will accept your cancellation request, only if your order HAS NOT been dispatched from our warehouse. If an order has already been dispatched, then the payment is due. To expedite a cancellation request, please contact us as follows:
