Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy is simple.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products or the service delivered, just tell us. We will get it right!

Please let us know if you should ever receive a product you are uncomfortable with, and want to return it, we will guide you through our smooth Return & Exchange procedure to rectify the anomaly in the shortest possible time.

If you should choose not to accept our offer of an exchange of the product to be returned, or accept a coupon of equal value, or greater value of the product to be returned, then we will without hesitation, issue a refund via a negotiated route (Bank Transfer or Cash).

If you should change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept your cancellation request, only if your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If an order has already been dispatched, then the payment is due.We take pride in our customer service, and thus strive to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with our products and our service.
